Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries. Kerala is famous especially for its ecotourism initiatives and beautiful backwaters. Its unique culture and traditions, coupled with its varied demography, have made Kerala one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.
Arrive at Madurai and transfer to Rameswaram. Rameswaram is famous for Lord Rama's temple at Tamil Nadiu. Check in at Hotel. The presiding deity is the Linga Of Sri Ramanatha Swamy, which happens to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of India. After check in, set to Pamban Bridge - which on the Palk Strait connects Rameswaram to mainland India. Dhanushkodi, Agnitheertham Gandamadana Parvatham etc. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Early Morning Darshan at Rameshwaram Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, was constructed during the 17th century. Ramanathaswamy Temple. Agni Theertham Temple - The sacredness of the place makes it a popular bathing spot with the pilgrims. Ideally a bath at Agni Theertham precedes the visit to the Ramanatha Swamy Temple. Dhanushkodi Temple � It is believed that the bridge was built by the monkey forces of Lord Rama to access Sri Lanka. Gandamadanaparavtham - the highest point in the island. The devotees believes that lord Rama's feet was placed on the stone. An earmark of the footprint is there. After breakfast check out and transfer to Kanyakumari. Check in to hotel and visit sightseeing . Visit Vivekananda Rock that houses a memorial dedicated to Swami Vivekanan .The Memorial is built at the convergence of the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal. Kanyakumari is a place where you can enjoy Sun rise and Sunset from the same point, something special to remember. Enjoy Sunset of Kanyakumari from the tip of India, overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing experiencing a tour around Trivandrum: The Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum, and Sri Padmanabha Temple. At afternoon you will be transfered to the famous Kovalam Beach and you can relex your mind and body there. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kanyakumari.
Sightseeing:- Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace museum, The Napier museum, Sree Chithra art gallery, zoological park, science and technology museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, planetarium.
After breakfast check out and transfer to Madurai. visit Madurai Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, the temple art museum, puthu Mandapam(Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal), Raya gopuram, Gandhi Museum. Overnight stay will be Madurai.
Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure on your own. check out from hotel and transfer to Madurai for your onward journey.
